The fully stocked Apartment provides room for four additional people while also supplying an extra living room, bathroom, and kitchen with all the same amenities as the Camp side of the house. It includes a nicely appointed king bedroom as well as an extra twin room, with two single beds that can be made into another king. It has a gas-log fireplace heater with thermostat control in the living room along with baseboard heating throughout. It has a desk overlooking the garden, one full bath on its own separate water heater, and a separate washer/dryer.

The Apartment has a small kitchen and dining table that seats 4, which can be moved to the great room to seat everyone at the same table for dinner, plus a breakfast bar with seating for 2-3 more. It is easy to set up one kitchen for snacks and beverages while keeping the second kitchen ready for meal preparation.
